What a clunky mess. If you have a team member on multiple teams (as much of the start up world is), it won't let you just fill out one set of OKRs, it wants specific ones per team. So you're constantly trying to find where on earth you placed it last time. Also, all of the trainers are UK based, so not helpful when you're trying to organize trainings in PST. I run a team of 20 across four different offices. In our largest office we have a weekly 15 min standup meeting which is great for syncing up on what each of us is doing, but people can't dial into that from across the Atlantic. Weekdone helps to get (almost) the same effect digitally.
