Wedding Desk Reviews & Product Details

Wedding Desk is web-based planning software that consolidates wedding photography and videography preparation into one organized workspace. It replaces fragmented tools like spreadsheets and email threads with a structured workflow starting from client intake. The software gathers couple details, preferences, and locations through customizable templates, which flow into timeline and shot list creation to reduce redundant data entry. The timeline maps the wedding day with moments, times, and locations, linking shots, gear, and vendor contacts to events. Changes automatically update linked details for seamless organization. The shot list builder connects photography plans to timeline moments, while gear tools track equipment and link it to key events. Day-of contacts are accessible within the system. The mobile interface provides access to schedules, shots, and contacts with on-the-go updates. PDF export and templates support offline access to wedding plans.
