Huge technical problems, poor customer support & they scheduled planned maintenance when our webinar was meant to go live and never told us, couldn't help us move the date/time (without just under 1,000 people needing to re-opt in) and even emailed all out attendees during maintenance saying the webinar was an hour away, on soon etc which sent all our customers to error links, a platform full of errors and us unable to launch the webinar. Also, the email system it has makes the process of the webinar easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WebinarNinja? There are some crucial bugs in the software. - As the presenter, if you try to enter the studio 1 second after the time of the scheduled webinar, or something goes wrong with the internet and you have to enter the software again, the system blocks you out, while the viewers can still enter. So, you simply can't present, can't talk to people saying that you can't enter even, and you cant make a new webinar link while the time of the current webinar is not finished. - Issues and bugs with uploading cover image. - Issues with statistical analysis. Not all my webinars show the numbers. - changing plan of the subscription might get blocked somehow, and you need help to resolve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering WebinarNinja: I have had the most horrible customer support experience with Webinarninja. They answer all sweet and nice but many times with no solution, asking to wait while they check better. But the worst was my last webinar. I had an upcoming webinar for 1700 subscriptions, I upgraded my plan to the max, 1000 viewers, many hours before the webinar. But when the webinar started and people started to complain I realised that, there was a bug and I was not upgraded. I asked for emergency help in the chat, took them 30 min to answer and were not able to help. Trying to save the webinar, I changed my plan many, my credit card got charged but the system did not work. I finished the webinar with 300 viewers and 700 angry ones that were not able to enter the webinar. I asked for an explanation and my money back in the chat. With a conversation that took more than a month, with different people, all asking the same questions over and over, without checking what has happened till they took over. The explanation was the same as well, such as "you can't have more people than your subscription" "you should upgrade to have more capacity". After 14 days the "manager" started talking to me which was even worse than the rest, she repeated all that the others said. Never accepted to do a refund of course. She offered me 1 free month while the previous person had offered me 2 months, and I hadn't accepted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. If a lead puts a space at the end of their email when registering, they get an error message/don't get registered. That's fairly fickle. Who knows how many leads are lost because of this little problem. 2. After they did an "update" the week of 01/18/2021.... - They gave NO WARNING that their platform would be unusable during this time. - I spent hundreds on ads, when I went live no one could access the webinar. - The email notifications could not be accessed or turned off - No access to registration embed forms - Customer service wouldn't respond for HOURS - I asked for a refund of the last month ($99), and to cancel my subscription. - The Customer Service Manager CJ left my requests on read, and refused to answer me. Price Lower Then Zoom webinar, ease to use for recorded or pre recorded webinar setting, possible complete customization on registration and thanks note. Very GOOD ADVERTISING from the founder to convince user to sign in and use the platform - or false advertising??? Quick respond from customer service and very good at saying apology but they can not give real solution to you. Lack of stability at the host and viewer for LIVE webinar. Server problem causing host and viewers detected as multiple connections and causing unintended auto rejection. Possible complain and lost of viewer and disastrous LIVE webinar because as a Host you could not enter the studio nor broadcast the LIVE webinar. Statistics were not helpful, you can not see how many of the attendees were actually attended the full webinar or when they leave. I ask for refund but all they can say is ..."our refund policy does not allow me to refund you following our terms.
