WebinarKit Reviews & Product Details

When researching the features of the WebinarKit platform in compared to other webinar platforms, it sounded perfect. When looking for reviews, most of the reviews sounded positive and one review even said that the customer support was quick and responsive. (Typically responding within a few hours) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I signed up with WebinarKit the morning of January 15th, 2026 and paid for an annual subscription. Fairly quickly, I received an email with my "sign-in" and temporary password along with a link to sign-in to WebinarKit.

Using the "sign-in" credentials given in the email from WebinarKit, I tried logging in and the website displays a message that my email address is not recognized. Since webinarKit emailed me at this very email address, I knew they had my email address in their system. I tried logging in again two more times but I simply got the same "Email not recognized" message.

WebinarKit does not offer any kind of customer support phone number but they provide both an email address to get help as well as a link to "create a ticket" at the bottom of their website. Their website instructs the public to email them and that they "typically" respond within a few hours. So I sent them an email immediately in hopes of gaining access to the website.

I waited 24 hours for a response but no response. So then I go to their website and "create a ticket" to get help because once again, their website states that they typically respond within a few hours. It has now been 48 hours and still no response to my ticket. So far.... they don't deserve a positive review. When you sign up, they give you 7 days for a $1 and I was hoping to use those 7 days to learn the website and make sure it is a good fit for my needs but I'm already 3 days into the 7 day trial and I haven't been able to log-in due to the site not recognizing my email address.

For these reasons, webinars gets a "failing grade" from me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used other platforms like Everwebinar and were always disappointed by the lack of sophistication possible. WebinarKit is great at being turn key simple and familiar to get a webinar live on their platform and then also gives you a way to seamlessly plug into your CRM, track url parameters, customize their pages FULLY using the editor, or even embed their tool into your own pages. Beyond that you can actually brand your own webinar pages. The more I dug in, the more I was impressed. The best part is they are on the cutting edge of developing out cool AI features for webinars as well. The company has a very customer friendly and responsive team too. Can't say enough about WebinarKit. Don't mistake this for just a "budget friendly" software alternative. WebinarKit packs a mean punch. Definitely check it out. Page builder just took a few min to get used to but I could also embed onto my site directly so not that big of a deal. Ended up getting familiar with the native page builder faster than I thought but again not mandatory to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WebinarKit is impressive. Especially for the automated webinars as I use them now. It's super simple to set up and easy to set up the video to run. PLUS they got a bunch of features that actually rock for conversion-driven webinars including an AI seller that just makes sure to get people and convert them. I use it all the time and I love that it's integrated with Pabbly Connect which is my main automation platform.

At first I didn't see most of the features because you actually have to go inside the webinar editor to see everything so for the longest time I thought it was rather basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was very hard to figure out. I never got it to work well for me. I stopped using it and forgot about it. Then, without a reminder or even a receipt, I was charged for another yearly subscription. Canceling the subscription required me to open a ticket, and they don't do refunds, even though one could check to see that I don't log in. I definitely do not recommend. The features of WebinarKit are great. They have a lot of tools that you can use. Most of it can be set up on your own. They make it very easy for you to build an automated webinar and a live webinar. WebinarKit is a serviceable tool for those seeking to host webinars. While the platform may not be the most intuitive to navigate, it effectively fulfills its primary function. However, when compared to other available options, WebinarKit appears somewhat basic in terms of features and functionality. A significant upgrade to the user interface would be beneficial. Someone who is not so tech-savvy and I was setting up my evergreen webinar funnel for the first time, I can tell that Webinarkit is a VERY user friendly platform and everything is so easy to understand. Their community support is great and whenever I had questions they responded very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this platform for anyone who is looking to build a webinar funnel in a fast and easy way. At first, I could not imagine the value-for-price equation. It promised to be a powerful software for a fixed lifetime affordable price. And although I was wary, I decided to take the plunge. So far, it's been one of the best investments I ever made. I use it monthly, only limited by the time I have available. I would use it even more!
