The ability to use email, SMS and calendar reminders is particularly valuable because webinar success depends heavily on attendance and follow-up, not simply registrations. The platform is also highly useful from a commercial and agency perspective. I operate a white-label version as WebinarStudio.io, and WebinarKit has allowed me to offer clients a genuinely substantial webinar and marketing platform under my own branding rather than merely reselling a basic meeting tool. I also appreciate that the product continues to evolve. The newer AI-assisted tools, automated follow-up capabilities and integrations make it possible to build a much more complete customer journey around a webinar. Once the initial system is understood, creating and duplicating webinar campaigns is considerably faster than building every component separately. Overall, it provides an impressive combination of webinar automation, marketing functionality, flexibility and value. **What do you dislike about WebinarKit?** The main disadvantage is that the breadth of the platform can make the initial learning process feel more complicated than the marketing may suggest. Creating a basic webinar is straightforward, but understanding all the available settings, automation options, integrations and white-label administration takes time. Some areas of the interface and documentation could also be made more consistent. Occasionally, a feature or setting is not located where I would intuitively expect it to be, and clearer contextual guidance within the platform would reduce the need to consult tutorials or support materials. From a white-label reseller’s perspective, I would also welcome even greater control over certain aspects of the customer-facing experience and administration. These are refinements rather than fundamental problems, but additional reseller-level customisation would make an already strong white-label product even better. **What problems is WebinarKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** WebinarKit solves the problem of having to combine numerous disconnected tools to create and manage a webinar campaign. Instead of separately arranging registration pages, webinar delivery, reminder emails, SMS messages, replay access, calls to action, integrations and follow-up automation, I can manage the process within one ecosystem. This reduces technical complexity, saves considerable setup time and makes it easier to create a consistent experience for registrants and attendees. For my business, the white-label capability has an additional benefit. It has enabled me to develop WebinarStudio.io as my own branded service and offer webinar technology to businesses, trainers, consultants and marketers without having to develop the underlying software from scratch. It may be a better choice if you primary need is a platform for Automated webinars. We do a lot of Live webinars and bought the "best deal ever" package expecting that the promoted "100% HD audio & video quality”, “Pixel-Perfect Webinars", and "Crystal-Clear HD Video” would apply to both Live and Automated webinars, only to discover that Live webinars are limited to 720p (automated webinars stream in 1080p). As far as we can tell, nowhere in WebinarKit's marketing or online documentation is this clearly specified, which let to confusion and disappointment post-purchase. Live webinar layouts for screen sharing and multi-speaker webinars are also limited. Screen-sharing or presentation sharing requires the speaker's camera view to be hidden or overlaid on top of the shared screen/presentation. There are no side-by-side view options available. This means additional effort is required when preparing presentations for sharing on live webinars due to need to leave a section of the slides blank (where the speaker's camera view will be overlaid on top of the slide). Furthermore, when screen/presentation sharing, only one speaker can be visible at a time, which is a limitation that many other platforms do not have. The original basic lifetime and agency upgrade purchase in 2023 was straightforward, and the evergren webinar features work. **What do you dislike about WebinarKit?** This review is entirely about billing, not the product. In April 2023, I also paid $543 after a 7-day trial of the Live webinar version. I asked about a lifetime opiton for it and was told the ongoing computing costs made that impossible. That was reasonable. What followed was not reasonable. WebinarKit has charge my card $543 every year since. They charged me in April 2024, April 2025, and now April 2026. That is $2172 over four years. I have never once logged into the the live product. There is no advance renewal notification before the charge. There is no receipt sent after the charge. The only way I learned about a renewal is by reviewing my credit card statement after the money was already gone. When I contacted support on Sunday, May 3, 2026 after seeing the charge on my card for April 29, 2026, I was told they do not issue refunds on recurring subscriptions, regardless of usage. Sending a renewal notice 30 days out and a receipt at the time of charge are standard SaaS practices in 2026. When looking for reviews, most of the reviews sounded positive and one review even said that the customer support was quick and responsive. (Typically responding within a few hours) **What do you dislike about WebinarKit?** I signed up with WebinarKit the morning of January 15th, 2026 and paid for an annual subscription. Fairly quickly, I received an email with my "sign-in" and temporary password along with a link to sign-in to WebinarKit. Using the "sign-in" credentials given in the email from WebinarKit, I tried logging in and the website displays a message that my email address is not recognized. Since webinarKit emailed me at this very email address, I knew they had my email address in their system. I tried logging in again two more times but I simply got the same "Email not recognized" message. WebinarKit does not offer any kind of customer support phone number but they provide both an email address to get help as well as a link to "create a ticket" at the bottom of their website. Their website instructs the public to email them and that they "typically" respond within a few hours. So I sent them an email immediately in hopes of gaining access to the website. I waited 24 hours for a response but no response. So then I go to their website and "create a ticket" to get help because once again, their website states that they typically respond within a few hours. It has now been 48 hours and still no response to my ticket. So far.... they don't deserve a positive review. When you sign up, they give you 7 days for a $1 and I was hoping to use those 7 days to learn the website and make sure it is a good fit for my needs but I'm already 3 days into the 7 day trial and I haven't been able to log-in due to the site not recognizing my email address. Can't say enough about WebinarKit. Don't mistake this for just a "budget friendly" software alternative. WebinarKit packs a mean punch.
