**What do you like best about WebFaction?**

Webfaction is a streamlined hosting environment that gives developers quick and easy access to all of the things that they need to do the most.  For a managed host, the price is right and they give you the right tools, without getting in the way.

**What do you dislike about WebFaction?**

WebFaction recently entered into a partnership with GoDaddy and they've started promoting GoDaddy's products.  GoDaddy is like the anti-thesis of WebFaction, loaded with junk, promotions, and scams, and I'm worried about how that will influence their product in the future.

**What problems is WebFaction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use WebFaction for hosting client's small personal websites, either on Node or PHP/Apache/MySQL.

**What do you like best about WebFaction?**

Dashboard with function to see statistic for using hosting for each domain. Easy way to add new domain and create host for that domain with function one click install some of app (wordpress, node, mongodb...)
The price is the same last 5 years.

**What do you dislike about WebFaction?**

Technical support doesn't listen to customers. They need more than one year for some improvement.

**What problems is WebFaction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less time to set up hosting, domains and mail.

**What do you like best about WebFaction?**

I like the simplicity that got us setup quickly and has provided value through the years.

**What do you dislike about WebFaction?**

We've had to bring in additional resources as we've expanded. We haven't necessarily seen the benefits of the GoDaddy partnership.

**What problems is WebFaction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebFaction provides hosting services and maintains our email mailboxes and servers.
