"Surprisingly Useful Journey Data That Helps Agents Personalize Calls Fast"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Contact Center?

Journey data showing what a customer did on our website right before calling in has been more useful than I expected going in. Someone calls about a refund and the agent can already see they'd spent ten minutes on our refund policy page just beforehand, so instead of asking generic questions the agent just goes straight to "looks like you're asking about the return window, here's how that works for you specifically." Feels less like starting from zero every single call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Contact Center?

It only tracks activity on pages we've specifically tagged for this, so if someone browsed somewhere we hadn't set up tracking on, the agent's back to guessing what brought them in, same as before we had any of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automatic CSAT gave us a score on calls nobody actually filled out a survey for"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Contact Center?

Our survey response rate was rough, honestly maybe one in fifteen customers bothered filling it out after a call, so most calls just had zero satisfaction data attached at all. Auto CSAT scores every voice interaction based on the transcript and how the call actually went, so now there's a satisfaction number even on calls nobody rated manually. Topic Analytics has also caught patterns we'd have missed otherwise, noticed "shipping delay" trending across a chunk of negative-sentiment calls one month before it showed up anywhere else in our reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Contact Center?

Only supports English and voice interactions right now from what I've seen, so our digital channel conversations and a chunk of our non-English calls don't get the same automatic scoring, still relying on manual review for those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable, High-Performing Webex Contact Center That Streamlines Daily Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Contact Center?

Having used Webex Contact Center daily for two years, it's a dependable, high-performing platform. The unified workspace and background noise removal make multi-channel support effortless. Automatic call summaries save significant time after every interaction. Despite a slight initial learning curve, its rock-solid stability makes my daily workflow remarkably smooth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Contact Center?

As a daily user, the platform's clutter and occasional WebRTC glitches force mid-shift reboots. Custom reporting in Analyzer is unnecessarily complex and sluggish. Worse, presence sync fails with Teams, throwing calls to busy agents, and AI summaries miss context on complex issues. Finally, dealing with slow, long-heavy Cisco TAC support makes fixing basic platform bugs a major headache Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Contact Center Solution for Cisco Customers"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Contact Center?

As a service engineer implementing Webex Contact Center, the biggest advantage for me is flexibility. I have implemented a basic contact center environment, and the platform provides good coverage for typical routing and customer service requirements while giving engineers room to customize more advanced scenarios.

I especially like Flow Designer. The drag-and-drop interface makes routing logic easier to understand and maintain, while variables, expressions, subflows, and versioning provide the technical flexibility needed as the solution becomes more complex.

Integration possibilities are also a major benefit because the contact center can connect with external business systems and APIs rather than operating independently. The UI takes some learning initially, but once the architecture and Control Hub components are understood, administration is logical.

Another positive point is the platform's direction around AI. Webex offers capabilities for conversational self-service, agent assistance, transcription, automated notes, and custom AI solutions, providing customers with options to expand beyond a basic deployment.

From an implementation perspective, Webex Contact Center gives a good balance between out-of-the-box functionality and customization, which makes it suitable for both straightforward deployments and customers with more complex requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Contact Center?

From an implementation standpoint, the biggest hurdle is the learning curve. Webex Contact Center is very flexible, but that same flexibility means engineers have to understand how the different components, routing logic, Flow Designer, and Control Hub configuration all fit together.

For standard contact center needs, implementation is fairly straightforward. As requirements become more customized, though, configuration and troubleshooting can get significantly more involved. Good upfront planning and solid documentation are important to keep flows clean, maintainable, and easier to support over time.

I’d also like to see a more consistent administration and troubleshooting experience across the platform. Clearer visibility into configuration dependencies—and where problems are coming from—would make both implementation and ongoing support much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Call Summaries Make Dropped Calls Seamless for Customers"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Contact Center?

Had a call drop mid conversation last week, customer's connection just cut out, and normally that means when they call back they're stuck repeating their whole situation to whoever picks up next. Instead a summary of what we'd already covered was sitting right there when the call came back in, so I picked up exactly where we'd left off instead of making her explain the same thing twice. She actually mentioned being surprised I already knew what we'd discussed, in a good way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Contact Center?

Summaries occasionally miss a smaller detail mentioned early in a longer call, so I still skim through quickly rather than fully trusting it captured absolutely everything before jumping back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Insightful, Yet Slightly Laggy"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Contact Center?

I like how Webex Contact Center makes it easier to manage all customer interactions in one place. I also appreciate the useful call insights and reporting it provides, helping me track performance and improve service quality. The interface is very simple and user-friendly, which means it doesn't take much time to get used to. Additionally, the initial setup was quite manageable for me and not too complicated, with most configurations being easily handled once I understood the basics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Contact Center?

Sometimes the interface feels a little slow or laggy during peak hours. Also, reporting can be a little complex to understand at first, it takes time to get familiar with it. I feel the layout can be more simple and clear. Sometimes the data is detailed and hard to find key metrics quickly, adding better filters and easier dashboard would really help improve usability. "WebRTC Agent Desktop Issues and Limited Team-Level Configuration Flexibility"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Contact Center?

I like Webex Contact Center for its ease of administration, flexibility, and strong visibility into contact center operations. I value being able to quickly configure routing, queues, skills, and flows without heavy development. I also like the robust analytics and reporting. It integrates with the broader Webex and Cisco ecosystem, making it easier to manage users, security, and ongoing platform operations at scale. One of my favorite features within a flow is the ability to inject a piece of code with a Function to handle intricate tasks within the flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Contact Center?

I've found quite a few of my customers have struggled using the agent desktop with WebRTC. There seem to be a lot of factors that could potentially cause issues with connectivity. I think there are also a lot of features that lack flexibility from a configuration standpoint, specifically with the ability to configure settings for a specific team or skill vs. the entire tenant. "Exceptional Service and Intuitive Interface for Small Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Contact Center?

I value how well they accommodate even the smallest businesses with limited requirements, making sure we always get the services we need. The user interface is quick and extremely intuitive, which makes navigation easy. Additionally, the call quality is excellent, and features such as call recording and forwarding make our daily tasks much more manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Contact Center?

I have nothing negative to say, their platform is easier to use than many we've tried, and their support team has ben exceptionally friendly and well-trained in helping us set up our systems, even when our needs didn't fit their usual scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Feature-Rich Contact Center with Room for Optimization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Contact Center?

I really appreciate how Webex Contact Center offers a clean and intuitive interface, making it easy to manage customer interactions smoothly and efficiently. The real-time analytics and AI-driven insights are valuable for enhancing agent performance. However, I have noticed that there is still some room for improvement in terms of system responsiveness, especially during peak hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Contact Center?

At times, the platform seems somewhat sluggish when managing high call volumes, which can impact workflow efficiency. Furthermore, I find that the customization options for reports and dashboards could be more adaptable to better accommodate particular business requirements. "Webex CC Review – Decent, But Missing Some Key Features"
3/5
What do you like best about Webex Contact Center?

What I like best about Webex Contact Center is its comprehensive omni-channel support, which allows seamless customer interactions across voice, chat, email, SMS, and social media channels. This ensures that customers can connect through their preferred communication method without any disruption. Additionally, Webex CC's AI-driven intelligent routing stands out by efficiently directing customer inquiries to the most suitable agents based on their skills and availability, enhancing the overall customer experience. The platform also excels in supporting agents with advanced collaboration tools and provides integrated reporting and analytics to monitor performance and improve service quality. These features make Webex Contact Center a solid and reliable platform for managing customer interactions effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Contact Center?

What I dislike about Webex Contact Center is that, compared to competitors like Genesys Cloud, it lacks some advanced features and flexibility that modern contact centers often require. The user interface can sometimes feel less intuitive, which may slow down agent onboarding and efficiency. Additionally, while it provides omni-channel support, some integrations and customization options appear more limited than those available on Genesys Cloud. Reporting and analytics, although comprehensive, may not be as granular or easily customizable as some users might prefer. These limitations could affect organizations looking for a highly adaptable and feature-rich contact center solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
