**What do you like best about Webdox CLM?**

I highlight the automation of approval workflows and the ability to configure different processes for each type of contract. This has helped reduce time and errors, and achieve greater traceability in internal review. I also value the seamless integration with electronic signature tools, which greatly simplifies the closing of agreements.

**What do you dislike about Webdox CLM?**

In general, the experience has been very good, although the initial learning curve can be a bit steep for users who are not familiar with contract management tools. However, once the workflows and templates are set up, daily use becomes much more fluid.

**What problems is Webdox CLM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Webdox CLM, we had very scattered contractual processes, with document versions in different emails and folders, which caused errors, delays, and poor traceability. With Webdox, we managed to centralize the entire contract lifecycle on a single platform, which has allowed us to reduce review times, improve coordination between areas, and have complete visibility of the status of each document.

**What do you like best about Webdox CLM?**

Webdox presents a robust and reliable performance in all essential aspects for efficient contract lifecycle management. It has been helping us here at Vigor in our hiring journey;

The system adopts high standards of information security, with multi-factor authentication and access via SSO. These measures ensure the integrity and confidentiality of contractual documents and data, significantly reducing the risks of unauthorized access or loss of sensitive information. Additionally, we can segregate information and documents by departments.

Another very important point that we highly value here is its customization capability. It is possible to adapt approval flows, reports, and automatic notifications according to the specific needs of each document (contracts and powers of attorney). Furthermore, we have designed several specific flows and the insertion of standard drafts. This feature makes Webdox a very flexible system, and the support team is always very receptive to adjustments and contributions.

Finally, but not least, the user interface is intuitive and well-organized, facilitating adoption by professionals from different areas, even without advanced technical training. Navigation is smooth, and the features are presented clearly, which helps reduce onboarding time and increase user productivity, especially for those who are not lawyers and our directors.

**What do you dislike about Webdox CLM?**

Stability:
Webdox occasionally shows some operational instability, sometimes running slowly and, more rarely, being inaccessible.

**What problems is Webdox CLM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My overall experience with Webdox has been quite positive. The platform has proven to be reliable, intuitive, and adaptable to business needs, significantly facilitating contract management and the monitoring of their entire lifecycle here at Vigor.

I am pleased that it has greatly simplified the processes I manage, especially regarding digital signatures, as this procedure is very simple and easy for my legal representative to understand.

**What do you dislike about Webdox CLM?**

For the moment, I have not had any inconvenience.

**What problems is Webdox CLM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I highlight the most is how it has helped me simplify processes and improve internal control in my area. Previously, my company did not have an internal legal department, as everything was managed through an external firm. This tool has been fundamental in systematizing contract management, reducing paper use thanks to digital signatures, and above all, speeding up the signing of relevant documents with my legal representative.

**What do you like best about Webdox CLM?**

The best thing about Webdox is how easy and straightforward it is to create documents with preset fields, allowing you to prepare standard contracts much faster. It has saved me several hours every week. The customer support has been one of the best because is quick and to the point to advance on the doubts. The frequency of use is everyday for more than 3 contracts.

**What do you dislike about Webdox CLM?**

I’ve had the bad luck of the platform going down during several crucial signature processes.

**What problems is Webdox CLM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving many hours per week on sending standard contracts, because in the enterprise I work we have a lot of services everyday that involves Contracts.

Resolve the efficiency in the signing of contracts for retail employee income, mass signings within the company for notifications or bonuses, and the sending of severance to former employees.

For me, the best thing about Webdox is its ability to adapt different workflows to the organization’s needs, ensuring that the legal team’s work stays aligned with the company’s dynamics and promotes active participation from other areas.

Maybe the requests interface could be more user-friendly and easier to navigate. Sometimes I’ve had trouble tracking older requests.
