After gaining familiarity with it, it is really simple to learn how to add new cameras and sources. **What do you dislike about webcamXP?** The interface is clunky and outdated, reminiscent of windows XP. While I know how to use it, I tried teaching my girlfriend how to use it (To watch my house and pets while im gone) and it was hard to teach her. **What problems is webcamXP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had been using WebcamXP for the past 5 years for site monitoring back at my old job, ICusom. We used it to moniter back of house and front. It did succesfully catch about 8 shoplifters. I downloaded it and the experience came out to be horrible! The software design is basic. The camera gets frozen every few mins and the options are very limited. I did not like even a single feature of the software. The only reason I gave it a 3-star rating is that its size is small. **What do you dislike about webcamXP?** I disliked everything about the software! Not a single option was likable, sellable, or usable. Poor design, worse options, and no appeal. I will not use it or recommend it to others. **What problems is webcamXP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I tried downloading webcamXP for security for my company's equipment but it did not help because of the reasons I mentioned above. The team needs to take this feedback seriously and improve the performance. ### 3. It is user-friendly and very rich in its features and a robust system but the software seems to be very outdated. **What do you dislike about webcamXP?** The webcamXP pro version costs a bit much, and I think the software has become outdated and a bit messy compared to other similar products in the market. I would like it to be more cost effective and get an updated version in its UI. **What problems is webcamXP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps in connecting to the surveillance remotely and provides 24 hrs service to you on your mobile itself and also supports a large section of cameras and can be used easily. Also has many features like auto capture etc. that are pretty good. ### 4. From the free version to the paid versions, all of them provide the necessary features for their target audience. For me, the exceptional feature is the ability to use my network camera just like a normal camera on my computer. That gave me the best bang for my buck. **What do you dislike about webcamXP?** The biggest downside to the app is the lack of updates to the app. For example, I recently changed my computer to macOS, but I needed to keep one Windows computer around to run webcamXP because it's only supported on Windows. Furthermore, the interface of the app is really dated. It would be great to solve all these and modernise the app with newer technologies and a refreshing design. **What problems is webcamXP solving and how is that benefiting you?** webcamXP has multiple products/payment tiers, so for me, using webcam 7 Pro allows me to connect multiple cameras to the "camera computer" that I have. And when showcasing my setup to others, I would use Moonware Studio to link each camera with Skype to show each angle. ### 5. It really really help you to keep your eyes on your belongings even if you are not there it works remotly So you can easily access your camera from anywhere in your computer or mobile. I have always used it when I didn't have the laptop that already has it built-in, which makes its installation much easier. **What do you dislike about webcamXP?** Perhaps the worst thing about this application is that it has become quite obsolete and that almost all laptops now have webcams and software, making this application somewhat dispensable. **What problems is webcamXP solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I mentioned before, it has always made it easier for me to record images for video tutorials, managing to set up the webcam in just a few minutes. I have tried it with several webcams and it has always worked for me. ### 7.
