"Lovely system until you need support"

What do you like best about Webador?

Easy and simple system to use when everything works but when you need support it's worser than getting help from Meta(Facebook/instagram) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webador?

I’m not even called a customer service or support because you ask in One Direction and they replied to you in another direction and don’t answer your question or help with your troubles

I have two got a domain delete it from the account because they not want to make a bottom for that but that’s too difficult to make for them, so they want extra money

I think the easiest way for me is to go to my bank and get a chargeback because this company is one big scam and I will not recommend anyone to deal with this company when the support is so slowly and so terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webador solving and how is that benefiting you?

They don't solving anything- that's the problem.

Normally when you are a customer that paid for a product you also expect some help when you need it, but here you got absolutely nothing out of filling the support formula.

You can answer in one direction and then you will get an answer in another direction that don't solve the problems with their systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They don't support you and they don't let you change your subscription unless you UPgrade, If you start at free and do a trial you are screwed because they won't answer your emails to fix anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
