I really like the level of customization within the program. We can set up the challenges exactly how we want them, from user premissions, to steps and prompts, right down to the appearance of the site. Once you learn how to work the back-end of the program, it's pretty easy to set it up exactly how you want it. Also the customer support has been phenomenal. Questions are answered quickly and they allow improvement suggestions to be submitted through their Wazoku Connect platform. From initial start up to 1 year under our belt, Wazoku team members have been willing to help support ongoing activities, teach us to use the platform and inspire us to try new approaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Wazoku? This is very minor and more of a feature that I would like to see added. I would like to have the link to the Wazoku blog/FAQ/online self service support more readily accessible from the administrative panel. I find myself forgetting to check there when I have a question or issue that I can't intuitively solve. I keep plugging away via trial and error instead of going to the nicely configured online support site. What problems is Wazoku solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to grow participation in our idea generation process. We are approximately 1 year post launch. The platform has given us the opportunity to capture over 30 new ideas in the last year via spontaneous challenge. We are launching our first provoked challenge in Q4 2024.
