Way Mileage Tracker Reviews & Product Details

What is Way Mileage Tracker? Way Mileage Tracker is a mileage tracking and reimbursement platform for businesses with employees who drive for work. Way Mileage Tracker for Teams pairs the Way mobile app — included for every employee driver — with a web-based admin dashboard where managers review, approve, and export mileage reports, so businesses can retire manual logs and spreadsheets in favor of one accurate system of record. Businesses use Way Mileage Tracker for Teams to save time on compiling mileage, reduce reimbursement costs by paying only for verified business drives, and get clean, exportable records for reimbursement, payroll, and tax purposes. Teams can start with a 30-day free trial to evaluate the platform before committing to a plan. A simple, effortless way to track business miles Every Teams plan includes the Way app for each employee driver. The app tracks drives automatically in the background, so drivers don't need to remember to start a timer or write down addresses and dates themselves. Classifying a trip as business or personal takes a single swipe — and once a driver has classified two trips along the same route the same way, the app automatically applies that classification to future trips on that route. Built for admins Team admins get a central dashboard to see driving activity across the team, approve or reject submitted trips, and export mileage reports for payroll, accounting, or tax filing. Admins can manage the team, pull advanced reports, and — on higher plans — support multiple admins, set a custom mileage rate, and manage drivers across multiple locations. What makes Way Mileage Tracker for Teams stand out QuickBooks and Wave integration for syncing mileage and reimbursement data directly into accounting software (Business Pro plan); Smart, self-improving trip classification that learns a driver's routes over time; A privacy-conscious admin dashboard that surfaces business mileage for approval without exposing employees' personal trip details; SOC 2 certification; 3-tiered Teams plans (Business Lite, Business, Business Pro) priced per user, so companies only pay for what they need; and a 30-day free trial.
