What do you like best?

I enjoy answering the questions each week, but I like that no one sees my score unless I'm the winner. It's a low-stakes way for anyone to play who wants to. It's also been a great way for me to get to know coworkers outside of work. I wouldn't have known my engineering teammate studied classical violin had it not been for a trivia question that he got right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the questions feel too hard. I consistently get around 4 or 5 out of 10, but there are some weeks where I get close to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Using the teams feature has been fun -- it's a cool way to participate in trivia and feel like a winner via your team even if you're like me and not the best at trivia individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company is big enough for me to not have a reason to interface with people on other teams in my day-to-day. There are definitely times when I've found myself in the elevator or kitchen with a coworker who I don't know well and we don't have much to talk about. Now that so many people play Water Cooler Trivia though, if I see that someone won that week or got a shoutout for an answer to their question, I've got an easy reason to strike up a conversation with them. What do you like best?

The Water Cooler Trivia questions make each Monday morning better, providing a fun activity for me and my coworkers to look forward to as we settle into the work week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some weeks I just wish the trivia questions came more frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider seeing how you can partner with each company's HR department to see if there are other goals they have that you can meet.

Companies are given one question per week in a personalized category. Our category (NYC trivia) remains consistent from week to week. Water Cooler Trivia could consider making it easier to change these categories from week to week. Perhaps each week's winner could choose the next week's personalized category of questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Water Cooler Trivia is a simple, fun way to unite the office and foster a positive culture. There is always plenty of discussion after the quiz each week on what questions everyone missed. It is also a particularly helpful way to stay connected in the midst of working remote due to COVID-19. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The best part about WCT is how simple yet surprisingly fun the entire experience is. It's super easy to sign-up and the automated results are announced in a simple yet creative way. We love the superlatives that are given out each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Wish they had a reminder to submit your answers - I have a reputation to defend here! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Get the free desk trophy they offer. It's stupid but people really get into it. Also take the time to categorize the employees by department because they present department winners in the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's super easy to add coworkers so WCT has made it really easy for me to help new employees feel welcomed and included. It has also given me new talking points with coworkers when we're all waiting to use the microwave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Great way to spark conversation with colleagues. I was new to my office and found it hard to get to know my teammates and co-workers. We introduced WCT and it's amazing what it did to build team cohesiveness - we started all of our Tuesday team meetings talking about trivia. laughing about questions we missed, and trying to figure out how Andrew knows everything about municipal transportation.

The product is also super easy to sign up and use.

Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
