**What do you like best about Magnit?**

its report generation process is very good, you can pull most of the reports and analyze all kinds of data like candidate, requirements, interviews, starts, po, billings and onboarding documents etc.

**What do you dislike about Magnit?**

some filters i dislike like i need to select different types of client`s name. all the time i need to select client name first, at least there are 3 steps to change the selected client that is something they can improve and make it more user friendly.

**What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its easy to track all the data of candidates at one place.

**What do you like best about Magnit?**

Submission procedure is extremely easy and dynamic which Indicates flexibility and adaptability.

**What do you dislike about Magnit?**

Report section is not updated and it can be improved. Cannot run or download the report properly.

**What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magnit streamlines vendor management by automating procurement, enhancing compliance, and providing data analytics. This reduces administrative burdens, improves efficiency, and offers better control over vendor relationships, leading to cost savings and more informed decision-making.

**What do you like best about Magnit?**

The most amazing feature I liked about Magnit is the IWM platform. Integrated Workplace Management. I work as an IT admin in my company and being that, I am expected to help the company to observe its talent and strengths and support them to achieve its goal. Considering my job role, I have to frequently use this software. The most lovable part which helped me is its ability to enable the company to cope up with the modern technical update and accept it in order to grow! I had an amazing experience with Magnit. In addition to it, it is very easy to use and implement. We can integrate the data very easily without any hustle. Their customer support team works day in and day out to help you.

**What do you dislike about Magnit?**

Out of all the amazing features Magnit has, there are some minor few changes that need to be changed regarding their management. The salaries and incentives can be handled a little more seriously. Car parking allowance could have been a little more liberal.

**What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an IT admin and also working as a customer success executive, I had to face issues with maintaining relationships with customers and vendors. Managing vendors and choosing the right ones for our company was a task! Magnit helped me a lot in that part especially. So, basically, it comes up with this great feature named VMS i.e.; Vendor Management System. It helped me a lot to analyze each employee's growth and select suitable people to continue the formal relationship with. And the second most important thing is, as I have mentioned before, the Integrated Workplace Management Platform where I could provide an informed solution that covers so many aspects of workforce management in an unbiased manner.

**What do you like best about Magnit?**

In this VMS, we can find post requisitions from the clients. On the home page itself we can view new requisition info, submittal candidates status and Onboarding info.

**What do you dislike about Magnit?**

It's often that the section would expire, so we need to log in every time it's logged out.

**What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding the candidates, submitting their profiles and reviewing the job status and submittal status, and many more, although it's user-friendly.

It is very easy to use and organize. There are many options to select multiple jobs

Nothing as such. But the UI can be more eye catchy.

It helps enterprises with their recruitment needs. We used this to find and schedule interviews

**What do you like best about Magnit?**

The wand is a VMS portal where I can select jobs and work on them; this portal gives options to choose the different clients according to work and submit the candidate's profiles according to the requisition.

**What do you dislike about Magnit?**

The view bar should be more expansive, other than that I do not have any complaints much,every option is simplies the search.

**What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can work any requisition by checking the status and can change the requisition type and then search accordingly. Moreover, advanced search gives more options to search by manager or Title.

**What do you like best about Magnit?**

Wand VMS has the ability to have multiple Pro unlimited accounts in a single instance itself. This option is not available in the competitor systems.

**What do you dislike about Magnit?**

The navigation and search feature is not the best. The work order tracking can be improved.

Wand VMS has been serving as our liaison software for hiring tracking activities with clients.

It is easy to maintain your contingent workforce, approve expenses, align all contractors to your company's cost center to make payroll easy

As a contractor, entering time and reimbursement data can be very cumbersome

**What do you like best about Magnit?**

Wand provides our agency a flexible way for our employees to remotely log their hours. 

**What do you dislike about Magnit?**

I dislike that in order to view employees timesheets you have to drill in to the details individually.  It can be time consuming. 

**What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very convenient to have our employees log their hours using WAND.  The managers are also able to log in and individually approve the hours.  Operating in multiple states, this is a life saver!

**What do you like best about Magnit?**

I really like how consolidated shipping is, it's very easy and straightforward. I use it solely to send candidates to our client through the VMS. My colleague handles the follow-up of all candidates, refunds, etc. As far as the presentation is concerned, this is an excellent tool that works easily for sending candidates and reviewing job descriptions.

**What do you dislike about Magnit?**

The system will sometimes freeze when presenting candidates. It can turn a 5-7 minute task into a 25-minute task. Another thing that is difficult to track is when job descriptions have been updated in the system. The system automatically generates emails when new positions are placed in the system, but it does not automatically notify any changes made to the position. If this feature improves, it would be much more efficient for sourcing needs.

**What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a user of WAND VMS and I work to send it to a client. From my point of view, this is a great tool that could be improved from my side in terms of notifying when a job description is changed.

**What do you like best about Magnit?**

I really like how consolidated submitting is, it's very easy and straight forward. I use this solely for submitting candidates to our client through the VMS. My partner does all of the candidates tracking, reimbursements, etc. As far as submitting goes this is a great tool that works easily for submitting candidates and review job descriptions.

Ease of use and use among multiple devices
Easy to learn when you have never used the product before


**What do you dislike about Magnit?**

Nothing at this point to complain about- I think there is always room for improvement on these systems, so as the other programs start to develop I hope that they follow suit.

**Recommendations to others considering Magnit:**

I would recommend using this versus any of the other similar software systems out there.

It is very easy to use
It helps us manage most if not all of our temporary workers
Organization is essential
