Cannot run or download the report properly. **What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Magnit streamlines vendor management by automating procurement, enhancing compliance, and providing data analytics. This reduces administrative burdens, improves efficiency, and offers better control over vendor relationships, leading to cost savings and more informed decision-making. ### 3. On the home page itself we can view new requisation info, submittal candidates status and Onbaording info. **What do you dislike about Magnit?** It's often that the section would expire, so we need to log in every time it's logged out. **What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onboarding the candidates, submitting their profiles and reviewing the job status and submittal status, and many more, although it's user-friendly. ### 4. My review for Wand **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Anusha M. | Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2021 **What do you like best about Magnit?** The wand is a VMS portal where I can select jobs and work on them; this portal gives options to choose the different clients according to work and submit the candidate's profiles according to the requisition. **What do you dislike about Magnit?** The view bar should be more expansive, other than that I do not have any complaints much,every option is simplies the search. **What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can work any requisition by checking the status and can change the requisition type and then search accordingly. Moreover, advanced search gives more options to search by manager or Title. ### 6. This option is not available in the competitor systems. **What do you dislike about Magnit?** The navigation and search feature is not the best. It can be time consuming. **What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very convenient to have our employees log their hours using WAND. The managers are also able to log in and individually approve the hours. Operating in multiple states, this is a life saver! ### 9. I use it solely to send candidates to our client through the VMS. My colleague handles the follow-up of all candidates, refunds, etc. As far as the presentation is concerned, this is an excellent tool that works easily for sending candidates and reviewing job descriptions. **What do you dislike about Magnit?** The system will sometimes freeze when presenting candidates. It can turn a 5-7 minute task into a 25-minute task. Another thing that is difficult to track is when job descriptions have been updated in the system. The system automatically generates emails when new positions are placed in the system, but it does not automatically notify any changes made to the position. If this feature improves, it would be much more efficient for sourcing needs. **What problems is Magnit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a user of WAND VMS and I work to send it to a client. From my point of view, this is a great tool that could be improved from my side in terms of notifying when a job description is changed. ### 10. I use this solely for submitting candidates to our client through the VMS. My partner does all of the candidates tracking, reimbursements, etc. As far as submitting goes this is a great tool that works easily for submitting candidates and review job descriptions. **What do you dislike about Magnit?** The system will sometimes freeze while submitting candidates.
