I really like how consolidated shipping is, it's very easy and straightforward. I use it solely to send candidates to our client through the VMS. My colleague handles the follow-up of all candidates, refunds, etc. As far as the presentation is concerned, this is an excellent tool that works easily for sending candidates and reviewing job descriptions. The system will sometimes freeze when presenting candidates. It can turn a 5-7 minute task into a 25-minute task. Another thing that is difficult to track is when job descriptions have been updated in the system. The system automatically generates emails when new positions are placed in the system, but it does not automatically notify any changes made to the position.
