I really like this email software since I can work in an easy and professional way by developing emails with their predesigned templates to make the job simpler and I like the functionalities or rather the solutions that it gives so that the client can review them or work on them from sandbox and many other things it offers you. I do not have to criticize this email platform, the only detail I have to say is that sometimes it has failures with the images that do not load completely, sometimes it also usually has failures with the hourly use of emails but they are basic things that can be corrected to improve.
