While testing we had a day where a few of our systems slowed down. Anyone that has had penetesting done knows that this happens. In meetings and through emails, whenever we ask questions they are quick to connect the right technical person and answer our question fully. When a deadline moved up suddenly, Vumetric was able to satisfy our rush needs fully and efficiently. When working on long tasks, vumetric provided status updates to keep us in the loop. Their email response time is very quick.
