Vumetric was quick to provide us with a quote. There pricing was very aggressive which is much appreciated in these lean times. They split the internal/external testing up for us which was a part of our requirements and gave us detailed breakdowns of the testings results for both tests giving us a great opportunity to fully understand any opportunities for improvements. Vumetric is knowledgeable and confident. In meetings and through emails, whenever we ask questions they are quick to connect the right technical person and answer our question fully. When a deadline moved up suddenly, Vumetric was able to satisfy our rush needs fully and efficiently. When working on long tasks, vumetric provided status updates to keep us in the loop. In order to answer internal customer needs, we had to contract a firm to fully test our infrastrucutre vulnerabilities through penetration tests.

Vumetric completed the work quickly, professionally and with no inconvenience to myself. The entire engagement was completed very quickly and the report was written very well. This is the second time we've used Vumetric and it was easier than the first. They still had all of our information from the year prior and didn't need to complete that work all over again.
