I come from a storytelling background, so the real value of Vulse for me is that it enables our people to tell our story, instead of leaving everything to the brand page. We operate in a traditional industry that isn’t always front of mind on LinkedIn, and encouraging our team to share what we do—our heritage, our products, and our sustainability work—has helped us reach audiences we’d never have connected with through corporate channels alone.
The UI is clean and genuinely easy to navigate, which really matters when you’re rolling something out to colleagues who aren’t natural content creators. They picked it up with no training. Performance has also been consistently strong: content publishes reliably, and the dashboard loads quickly even when I’m reviewing analytics across the team.
What I didn’t expect was how much the analytics would influence my thinking. Seeing which stories actually land has genuinely sharpened how I approach brand content across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn’t much to criticise. We haven’t explored the AI content generation features yet because our storytelling has to go through a specific brand approval process, but I can see how that intelligence would add real value for teams where individuals write their own posts. It’s also something we may lean into as we scale. The LinkedIn integration covers everything we need right now, although having the option to post to other channels would be useful further down the line. None of these points are barriers, and it’s clear the product is continuing to move forward at pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
