This faeture called Email Integration helps to sync all the data between both the platform and in addtion to that Vtiger helps in linking the documents processed in to googe drive which is easier to keep references. One of challenge is also Integration Complexity if there's any customization needed and if there are any sycn issue we might delay somtime. The interface could be made a little colorful and it would have been better while working, other than that I appreciate it if you developed the mobile edition.
