VTEX Commerce Platform Reviews & Product Details

Among big players such as Shopify, Magento, Bigcommerce, and others, Vtex is offering great deals to its consumers. The interface is amazing and usability is close to that of the biggest payer in this market. I advertise products and services from some of the websites build from Vtext and it has been an amazing experience. I can surely vouch for customer support and a great value for money. You might miss some features if you compare them to the biggest players in this segment. For example, you might have to spend a lot of time fixing conversion tracking and event snippet to make sure they work properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vtex has an amazing platform for eCommerce, frontend development is easy and understandable, plus you are able to create and modify templates and components for further use. Implementing payment methods is usually simple and vtex has many built-in options or partners. I love the B2B B2C options that are presented, also recently vtex launched its very own website builder using react, it is really simple and fully customizable. Most of the official documentation and forms are in Portuguese, because most of the users are from that region, making specific problems a hassle of translating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A full backup system for your line of work that offers infrastructure and advance at the same time. VTEX is a root of strength in communication and documentation. There is no demand to upgrade this software it’s all in one. This application is like a gaffer, it can manage many tasks at the same time without any trouble. Every data and information is transferred at a single click I can’t conceive of anything better than that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s a pretentious thing in the software field, but rather expensive to stick out all users. Its advantages are more conspicuous than its drawback. It’s a character of over efficient application and can get to trouble while snooping other software. Installation time is a lot shorter than its usage trial so kind of mess creation makes trouble for the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VTEX has become the leading platform in many areas of Latin America with constant evolution and a very solid community where support and help can be obtained to carry out different developments.

The ease of use of VTEX makes it ideal for companies with little or no experience in E-commerce, without affecting its quality and the possibilities of integration and the quality of developments that can be carried out.

At the level of implementing agencies, the experience is pleasant considering that it has an effective and scalable support scheme, rich documentation, as well as a wide community in constant contact through events held in different countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Delays in visualizing changes on production sites due to caching issues can be somewhat annoying at times. One thing to keep in mind is that when hiring a VTEX environment, we will not have a proper QA space where we can test developments or new features without affecting the production site. Nevertheless, this can be resolved with various safe practices and some working methods that are learned through the use of the platform over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VTEX is a platform of Marketplace, where Marketing is developed, and one can work and forward his/her Business, besides being paid, on achieved revenues. It's a platform like Paypal, Stripe, with opportunities as Developer, grow one's Business and make money through this platform, and get paid online, by being credited. There's nothing I dislike in this platform, indeed it's an easy platform for work development, that applies as facility, for anyone, or almost everyone, with basic knowledge of Computer that leads him/her to use it correctly. I like Best also, that this site is well structured, with good organization, and one can find easily the leading ways to use system in the right way. Just sign-up and also use system of payment accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support system, the fact that it is software in the region, is appreciated as it is much better understood and is more dedicated to studying the Latin American market.

The management of brand accompaniment and its endorsed support is very important and also generates greater trust.

The opportunity to integrate Vtex with the most important marketplaces worldwide is something essential in this world of e-commerce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
