VereQuest provided us with the Quota Management functionality that our business needed to help facilitate efficient and meaningful QA coaching for our contact center colleagues. I, without question, would recommend VereQuest for your company's quality assurance/management needs. Additionally, as a long-time customer of VereQuest we would have a difficult time counting the instances where we experienced any type of technical issue or downtime. This is a testament to their commitment to offering a superior product with an exceptional track record of uptime.

what I do like about the system is that it recognizes when a call has already been uploaded to the system 

I also like that it gives you a lot of room to write notes

I do like the updates they have made to include a calibration option

**What do you dislike about VQ Online?**

What i dislike about the system is that you cannot attach PDF files for documents

I dislike that you have to fill out so much information for the call to proceed

**What do you like best about VQ Online?**

I like that it's fairly easy to navigate. I appreciate the quality of being able to build teams. The click options are pretty straight forward/seamless. This is my first time utitizling VereQuest. I currently have no competitiors to compare it yet to.

**What do you dislike about VQ Online?**

Per the scorecards for Outbound and Confirmation, when there is an Auto Fail (after unchecking the box for Auto Fail at the very bottom of the scorecard), once the scorecard is saved and if you happen to reopen, the Auto Fail box is selected automatically. It is my hope that this small glitch will be update/fixed.

**What problems is VQ Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VQ Online is solving my ability to keep organized with how many scorecards that I've completed or how have not been completed. I enjoy having a list of Evaluations (on the left side of the scorecard screen) to choose from whether it's, "today, yesterday, this week (Sun-Sat), the month, etc...."  In addition, I enjoy that my scorecards are color coordinated (white/red).

The website is very well organized, and it's easy to log in and access. Resetting the password is also effortless, and everything flows smoothly, making it a great user experience.

**What do you dislike about VQ Online?**

Without a self-help option in the program, you might face a problem trying to figure things out on your own, especially if you have a heavy workload and can't ask your coworkers for help. This could lead to either doing nothing or making mistakes that you can't undo.

Using a unified platform allows different departments to work together easily. It lets them share evaluations, store them securely, and create reports efficiently.

VQ Online is a great tool to ensure quality expectations are set and upheld in any company or organizational setting. I find it very easy to navigate,locate calls, and ensure my agents are abreast at any wins, opportunities, and coaching moments.

There is nothing that I dislike about VQ Online.

VQ Online solves any quailty assurance issues my team or individual advocates are facing. I can quickly access any emails sent and review calls in a PDF format which is readily accessible and outlines each component to the call.

It is a very organized software, the visibility provided for reporting makes it easier to create and design different types of summary reports to work with for performance management

Sometimes when adding new questions/topics to be evaluated, downloading the reports may affect the templates pre-created. It would be good if it had different pre-built reports to be downloaded or received automatically.

It provides good traceability and visibility of daily/weekly/monthly Quality Assurance audits as well as coaching visibility.

its simplicity and efficiency which has been able to optimize our job, also, I like the fact that we can directly download any data that we might need at any time.

So far something that I do not like about VQ is that I can not filter the calls that I evaluate and that I can not open an evaluation done by another team member.

It is easy to find the data that I need to evaluate properly my employees. I appreciate the easy use of the system, definitely one of the best topics against competitors.

The interface seems to be old and it does not match with the current status and speed. This could be better optimized and add more gadgets to the options to choose from.

It allows me to verify performance individually per employee, offering an objective sight and allowing me as well to be more productive and at the same time to improve my business performance.

Verequest offers a comprehensive range of features that makes reviewing and scoring calls a breeze. One of the strengths is that its a user-friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about VQ Online?**

The biggest drawback for me is learning which reports are beneficial to me.  There is quite a bit of data but with time, I'm sure I'll master them all.

**What problems is VQ Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Verequest is allowing me to see my team's quality score in real-time.  They are efficient and easy to understand.  I also can access the program on my phone which is a huge convenience especially when I am away from the office.

We can create evaluation forms very easily here. We usually use it for quality assurance for over 1000 agents in the company. We've used others before and it's not the same.

**What do you dislike about VQ Online?**

When searching for specific evaluation it's a little too frustrating. I would say changing the search system is a good fix. Also, Visuals would be great is it could look a little bit more animated.

Evaluation of calls. We had been struggling with a low QA score. We can now provide more visibility to our agents. More productive at time of evaluating the calls.

What I feel is useful about VQ is how efficient it is for me to navigate through the system to get to my agents calls, I also feel that an upside to VQ is how well organized the scoresheet is.

What I dislike about VQ is how agents who are no longer at the company still show up underneath the supervisor and isn't automatically erased from the system.

I like that we are able to see our advocates past scores before they came to our team. I like the fact verequest gives the short falls your team has based on the different scores your team received.

I don't like that you have to know the advocates last supervisor in order to see their past scores. I think the scores should follow the advocate no matter who team they are on.

It's very straightforward, very intuitive and user friendly. Very specific and direct.

Sometimes it makes me wait 5 minutes to log back in and that can delay my work a little bit but nothing too big .

It helps me monitor the performance of my campaings and provide proper feedback to my higherups regarding this topic. I am a lot more productive with this tool.

At the option to update a roaster it is very manually. For example if  a team member has changed of team insted of giving me the option to move, I need to cancel and then to sign the team member again.

The downsides are not exactly noticeable for me at the moment. Maybe a follow up survey in a few months will help gain insight.

The online site is user-friendly and provides multiple options to pull date reports about agents call metrics.

**What do you dislike about VQ Online?**

I would like to see an update made to remove profiles and data for users who are no longer with company.

It allows me to review and make comparisons about the shortfalls agents are not meeting. The data provides me with more information to prepare for coaching sessions with my agents and share feedback to improve their performance.

To be able to see all the data I need in one place and to have the ability to operate multiple levels of the user, combined with a variety of campaigns. Also, like the responsive time when I have an inquiry about anything related to the platform.

So far, I am satisfied with the product, there  is no dislike .

**What do you like best about VQ Online?**

The Verequest program is very easy to use to access call recording and to be able to export any results that are needed.

**What do you dislike about VQ Online?**

The only thing that I can think of is that after I have logged in to view a call status sometimes I log out by mistake and the account will make me wait 5 minutes before I am allowed to log back in.

The VQ online program is assisting our team with recognizing trends on calls with our reps to assist and coach the reps better.

My experience with Verequest has been positive.  They are very partnering which allows us to see areas of opportunities with specific individuals and operationally.

**What do you dislike about VQ Online?**

I would like to see more detailed reporting options such viewing individual and team trends broken down month over month.

**What problems is VQ Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with Verequest we have not only been able to identify areas of opportunities and communication gaps.  Their feedback has been a useful tool to help guide us to review some of our training material for performance and patient experience improvements.

The partnership with the VQ team. Ease of use of the platform and the reporting.

**What do you dislike about VQ Online?**

VQ does not have access to our internal platform to validate if an advocate has sent a task or scheduled an appointment accurately.
This limits us to reviewing calls for soft skills.
Cost is high.
