We’ve found the Infinity product incredibly valuable for many reasons, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding training and support that come with it. While the system can feel complex at first, the hours of dedicated training make a real difference — and knowing we have ongoing support from our account manager Jennie and the IT team gives us complete confidence. While we really value the Infinity product — especially the training and support from Jennie and the IT team — there are a couple of limitations that make things harder day to day. The fact that invoice transfers to Xero require a costly upgrade is frustrating, and it would make a real difference to have that functionality included. I also find it challenging that I can’t simply run or print a list of missing onboarding items for candidates. It is difficult to find a single programme that can be utilised effectively for both permanent and temporary positions, as well as perform as a user friendly sales platform. Voyager Infinity is a strong contender on all fronts. It makes sales development simple, permanent vacancy management straightforwards and it's temporary booking and worker management is detailed and user friendly. As with any product, nothing is ever 100% perfect. Feedback internally lesser rates processes such as sending communications via Comms Centre and progressing candidates through the permanent vacancy events.
