In addition, informative webinars are frequently offered, providing clear guidance and helping users make the most of the system’s capabilities. Customer service is another major strength. Jenny, our account manager, is exceptional—always approachable, proactive, and extremely helpful in addressing our needs. Voyager Infinity also integrates seamlessly with several key partners, including CV Library, IDSP TrustedID, Legal ESign, and ISV Skills Testing, which adds significant value and helps streamline recruitment workflows. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we urgently needed a cloud-based system, and Voyager Infinity delivered perfectly. Implementation was straightforward, and training was excellent, allowing our team to get up and running quickly. Since then, we’ve been able to work remotely with ease, confident that all sensitive information is securely stored and backed up. While the system can feel complex at first, the hours of dedicated training make a real difference — and knowing we have ongoing support from our account manager Jennie and the IT team gives us complete confidence. Their responsiveness and expertise when things go wrong is genuinely exceptional, and it’s reassuring to know we’re never on our own. **What do you dislike about Voyager Infinity?** While we really value the Infinity product — especially the training and support from Jennie and the IT team — there are a couple of limitations that make things harder day to day. The fact that invoice transfers to Xero require a costly upgrade is frustrating, and it would make a real difference to have that functionality included. I also find it challenging that I can’t simply run or print a list of missing onboarding items for candidates. Having a quick way to track and follow up on outstanding documents would save time and improve clarity across the team. **What problems is Voyager Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infinity offers a wide range of functions that make a real difference to our day-to-day operations. From document storage to the integrated bookings system, it’s a fantastic support for a busy recruitment agency. Voyager Infinity is a strong contender on all fronts. It makes sales development simple, permanent vacancy management straightforwards and it's temporary booking and worker management is detailed and user friendly. **What do you dislike about Voyager Infinity?** As with any product, nothing is ever 100% perfect. Feedback internally lesser rates processes such as sending communications via Comms Centre and progressing candidates through the permanent vacancy events.
