VoxWel Reviews & Product Details

VoxWel is an anonymous employee reporting and whistleblower management platform built for HR Directors, Compliance Officers, and Legal teams at organizations with 50–5,000 employees. Unlike traditional ethics hotlines that cost $500–$2,000/month and take weeks to deploy, VoxWel goes live in 24 hours via a QR code or web link - no app download, no IT project, no lengthy onboarding. How it works: Employees submit reports through a fully encrypted, anonymous channel. Every submission is AES-256 encrypted end-to-end, with zero metadata stored - the source is architecturally untraceable, even by your IT department. HR admins manage reports through a 7-stage documented workflow (Open → Acknowledged → Under Review → In Progress → Pending → Resolved → Closed), with auto-priority tagging (Critical, High, Medium, Low), two-way anonymous communication, and automatic audit trail generation. Three reporting channels in one platform: Anonymous Reports - Encrypted whistleblower channel for harassment, fraud, safety violations, and discrimination Team Pulse - Open discussion board for team communication and feedback Recognition Feed - Employee celebration wall to reinforce positive culture Compliance coverage: GDPR compliant EU Whistleblowing Directive 2019/1937 ready EEOC aligned SOX Section 806 compatible UK PIDA 1998 compliant POSH Act ready Key capabilities: Military-grade AES-256 end-to-end encryption Zero-knowledge architecture - source untraceable at the infrastructure level Role-based access control (HR, Legal, Compliance, Management, Admin) Real-time analytics dashboard with resolution rates, response times, and engagement scores Employee Happiness Indicator - composite wellbeing score File attachments (images, documents, videos) QR code onboarding for instant employee access Automatic audit log for every admin action Department-level assignment and management Legal request management module Mobile and desktop access, 24/7 Pricing: $1 per employee per month.
