VoxHive Reviews & Product Details

VoxHive is an AI-powered customer communication and virtual receptionist platform designed to help businesses manage customer enquiries 24/7 across phone calls, web chat, email, SMS and WhatsApp. VoxHive can answer customer questions, capture and qualify leads, take messages and book appointments, helping businesses respond to customers even when their team is busy or unavailable. Unlike general-purpose AI assistants, VoxHive is designed to answer using the business information and knowledge provided and approved by the customer, including services, pricing, opening hours, policies and operating instructions. When the information required to answer an enquiry is unavailable, VoxHive can acknowledge this and capture the enquiry for follow-up rather than inventing an answer. The platform provides businesses with a central workspace for managing their AI receptionist, knowledge, communication channels, phone numbers, conversations, calls, customers and bookings.
