Vouch Reviews & Product Details

Vouch is recruitment software for agencies and in-house hiring teams. It combines applicant tracking with a layer that retains recruiter intelligence (notes, candidate context, and past interaction history) and resurfaces relevant candidates automatically when a new search begins. Core features include conversational job scoping, AI-powered screening and shortlisting, automated candidate follow-up communications, and shared spaces for collaborating with hiring managers on shortlists. Candidate records are enriched from connected data sources, and historical matches from previous searches are surfaced before new sourcing starts. Vouch integrates with The Hub (Nordic startup job board), allowing users to post roles and receive applicants directly within the platform. It is built primarily for recruitment agencies and SMBs that hire intermittently, and is designed to be set up in days rather than weeks.
