Their platform is buggy, their automations don't work, they have zero customer service, they straight up lie about what their platform offers... This is a straight up dumpster fire. **What problems is Voogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zero benefits were realized ### 2. They have been billing me without consent This company is a scam **What do you dislike about Voogy?** I've been a customer of SalesTools in 2017, the startup that was acquired by Voogy until I unsubscribed the same year. In 2019 I realised Voogy had been billing me without consent for over 10 months at 4 times the original cost. After a brief online search it came apparent that this is happening to a moltitude of people who are reporting the same issue on review sites and twitter. I asked for a full refund of the 2488$ that were billed and received a very delayed response. The customer service after several inquiries said it had reimboursed the fee but after a week the money still does not appear in my account. I've asked for a proof of the reimbourcement but havent hear anything for a week. **Recommendations to others considering Voogy:** Avoid at all costs, make your research online before you buy to see experiences of others They are a terrible company with terrible customer support **What problems is Voogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** nothing ### 3. Confirmed in writing by Salestools that it was cancelled in 2016. Then out of the blue, I received a $199 bill in April 2019 for a service I am not using and cancelled over 3 years ago. Disputed charge with my bank, which resulted in Voogy chasing me for payment and threatening me with debt collection. Voogy have now since provided an old email and IP address as proof I am using the service to my bank .... basically the details from 2016 and supposedly I have to pay even though I cancelled it over 3 years ago. Surely this is illegal! Chasing billing, info and CEO for a refund ..... Also, about to contact Action Fraud and Trading Standards as advised by my bank and would advise all other UK people in this situation to do the same. I am also going to contact the UK Information Commissioner (ICO) as I suspect they have breached GDPR here ..... article 5 “(a) processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to individuals (‘lawfulness, fairness and transparency’); (b) collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes shall not be considered to be incompatible with the initial purposes (‘purpose limitation’); AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR CARD DETAILS UPDATE - 19th May 2019 Have now chased CEO, info and billing email addresses numerous times with no success. Also tried calling company head office phone number but no-one answers. Chased again today and now all emails are being returned with following message ... This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: 550 5.1.1 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable Seems the CEO has done a runner to San Francisco with his family this month, possibly with all our money!! I will be reporting them tomorrow to relevant authorities as this business is a fraud, pure and simple ...... **Recommendations to others considering Voogy:** avoid at all costs **What problems is Voogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Voogy only creates problems by fraudulently taking payments for a service I have never signed up for. There are no benefits here ....... other than I am on first names terms with the fraud team at my bank! ### 4. It's a total waste of time, as is the support. **What do you dislike about Voogy?** Since taking our money for this quarter, they have revoked our access. They are now ignoring us at all costs to avoid paying us the money back or granting us access. We weren't happy with the system anyway as the data is such poor quality it's pretty much useless. Avoid this system at all costs - it is a scam, do not fall into their trap. **Recommendations to others considering Voogy:** AVOID AVOID AVOID. **What problems is Voogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** None whatsoever. ### 5. Buyer beware! Don't put your credit card in here. Instead of putting our account under a monthly billed plan (as stated on their website) they added us on a quarterly billed plan... but that is not all! Once I've checked our credit card statement, I've noticed they charged us for the entire year! That is US $1.400 more than expected for the first quarter. I've contacted support, sales people, management, etc. to fix this situation and the answer was: No, we will not do anything about it, use it. **Recommendations to others considering Voogy:** Beware, this product was called before SalesTools, and it is also full of bad reviews. **What problems is Voogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. I had to contact my credit card issuer to explain this situation. This is a very bad way to grow a company. ### 6. If you ever try to cancel they make it incredibly difficult. They will also charge your credit card for random charges. All reviews of there service through Trustpilot are not to be believed as they are made from employees and the ceo himself. Should you post a negative review on Trustpilot of voogys service even if it’s a valid order they will still have your review deleted **What problems is Voogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** None they have caused nothing but problems for me. They likely also altered things on my website as I never had any security related issues with my website in 8 years having it and oddly at the exact same time I was having issues with voogy I had some things altered on my website.
