Main issue is a year ago they updated the Android app and we lost the ability to use Bluetooth for calls. That means when driving or on a ladder, we have to literally pull the car over or stop working to answer a phone call by holding the phone to our head instead of using the car Bluetooth or a headset/headphones. This is with all our phones and all of our headsets. They also miss a lot of calls. Like my desk phone will ring but another phone wont. My cell phone app may ring but the computers decide not to. It varies on every phone call. Other main issue is they cut off phone tech support and it's chat support only now and they transfer you between reps without warning and have to start all over again explaining what's wrong and it has never been fixed and they don't seem to care to try to fix it.
