The team has proven to be a tremendous business parter as we've tackled change within our company - we've provided thoughts or udpates, the team has responded with their thoughts and ask us for feedback on their own internal initiatives for feedback. My team and I have felt heard and valued by their team and Volonte has kept us posted along the way to make us fee just as much a part of their team as they are to our team. There is a massive emphasis on not overloading your team and yet still creating valuable and engaging ways to make work place changes step by step, bite by bite. **What do you dislike about Volonte?** Change is difficult! Even with tools and resources, your team will still find change to be difficult. However, Volonte makes the changes engaging, resourceful and fun without feeling like it's more work added to your team's plate. **What problems is Volonte solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are facing a big change with a number of our core company pillars - all for the benefit of the organization. The changes have been asked for, requested and, at times, demanded from our internal team. Change in and of itself is difficult. Volonte has created short, engaging ways to introduce waves or projects relating to the next steps as we ever move forward towards the next step and iteration of our company. It's made involvement, ownership and active participation from our team in taking part and being part of the change much more manageable. Change is happening and Volonte is providing that partnership to ensure we aren't missing steps to ease communication. ### 6. Though they are big projects and tasks, the step-by-step makes them less daunting. **What do you dislike about Volonte?** I wish that there was a completion notification or redirection to the workflow after finishing each task to confirm that you did what was needed. **What problems is Volonte solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are making change interactive and cooperative for our field employees.
