Apart from this, it's a one-stop shop for SIP network elements and a very efficient tool. **What do you dislike about VoipSwitch?** There are a few bugs that need to be fixed on the app. So far, I don't feel there are any cons or downfalls for the app. Minor technical bugs must be taken care of; otherwise, it's perfect. **What problems is VoipSwitch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Excellent app for client-based businesses provides a comprehensive communication platform, makes all the work hassle-free, and helps make our billing and vendor-related work very effective and efficient. ### 2. Can work with very different typs of clients: Wholesale, Callshop, Retail, PBX. So you can have lots of flexibility. Also price is affordable and technical service is proffesional. Their documentation is very comprehensive and is helpful in answering most questions one may have about the system. The system's billing system is also a highlight of the system. From the ease of setting up tariffs for Gateways, having modules for both Wholesale and Retail clients,having a payment system for clients, to being able to generate Invoices. This system is definitely worth trying out for any one looking for a softswitch solution. **What do you dislike about VoipSwitch?** The system is only available on Windows platform and not on Linux as well. **What problems is VoipSwitch solving and how is that benefiting you?** VoipSwitch allow you to have voice as a service where you can offer SIP trunks to clients,create extensions for users as their PBX and even has a Reseller module ### 5. Their products are packed with features which at first can seem somewhat overwhelming however when getting to grips with the solution you'll likely never consider any other voipswitch. **Recommendations to others considering VoipSwitch:** Although the learning curve might be a bit steep (mostly due to the massive amount of features/capability you get) it is absolutely worth it to get up and running with Voipswitch! You'll never look back! **What problems is VoipSwitch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Voipswitch has enabled us to provide our clients and resellers alike with a full end-to-end communication solution that not only supports client telecommunications and operations but also simplifies internal support and operational functions (Billing etc.). Using the Voipswitch platform has enabled us to deliver turn-key add-on services to our clients such as Zoiper Integration and much more which in the past was a difficult task to say the least. ### 6.
