VoiceTeam Reviews & Provider Details

VoiceTeam runs bilingual customer support for US companies. Our main operation is in Santiago, Dominican Republic, with a second Dominican site in San Francisco de Macorís and a presence in the Philippines. Our Dominican teams work in English and Spanish, with Spanish as their first language. Coverage is set to your hours, up to 24/7. Our agents work across voice, chat, email and social on the same account, with the same training. We provide customer service, tech support, sales and retention, back office and operations, chat and email support, and data analytics and business intelligence. For carriers, MVNOs and ISPs we run customer care, technical support, device activations, billing enquiries and retention, and we have supported telecom brands since 2008. We also support clients in legal, technology, e-commerce, healthcare and financial services. The smallest starting point is one queue or one shift. Teams often start with one specific gap, such as after-hours cover, and grow from there.
