I really love how it helps me stay organized and keeps track of things on a busy day. The AI features that transcribe voice notes into clear structured notes or email drafts are very useful, and the ability to search across my notes quickly is a big help. I like being able to speak naturally without worrying about formatting. I also appreciate the customization features that allow me to process notes into to-do lists or summaries, which adds a lot of flexibility for different types of work. Integration with Microsoft Teams and Todoist is particularly useful, especially for capturing meetings in real time and turning notes into tasks. I am an author and it helps me capture essences of my chapters into my recordings which made it easy for my to dump ideas and keep track of them. Also, our team at work started using Voicenotes, now all team members sync their calls effortlessly. Accessibility across all my devices like my phone and laptop is a huge plus, as everything I record syncs easily. The app's live transcription feature is fantastic, making it easy for our international team to follow along in real-time without waiting for a summary. I also appreciate the simple, beginner-friendly recording feature with just a big record button. The seamless integration with multiprovider apps and the calendar integration are game changers. I can quickly access my calendar within Voicenotes, eliminating the need to check Google Calendar separately. The setup was straightforward, even for the older members of our team who aren't tech-savvy.
