It helps employees to save time in texting which needs to be done after meetings & etc. **What do you dislike about Vocalmatic?** Vocalmatic is helps to convert audio and video file into text by using artificial intelligence AI technology very easily but the conversion process is need to be simply little. **What problems is Vocalmatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vocalmatic helps to save time by just uploading audio and video file and convert this into the text format using it's artificial intelligence AI technology. The audio files that are transcribed by Vocalmatic are accurate, and the ability to simply upload and have it transcribed with the minute marks. **What do you dislike about Vocalmatic?** There are some bugs in the platform and when you try to contact customer service, either through their email and the annoying chat bot, it is of little help. **What problems is Vocalmatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the problem of having lengthy audio recordings that need to be transcribed and without having to buy a clunky legacy software. Supports a lot of languages including Hindi which for me was really great experience.
