**What do you like best about VML?**

It has a great work culture, collaborative and challenging with a good emphasis on work life balance.

**What do you dislike about VML?**

Probably the lack of stability, during my time in the company there were many downsizing.

**Recommendations to others considering VML:**

It is a great company where you can learn a lot, it will be challenging but if you can handle it, it will worth it.

**What problems is VML solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VML focus on digital marketing, I personally work on a big data project that was great for my professional growing, I learned a lot of new skills and worked with top technology.
