**Describe the project or task VJG Interactive helped with:**

First off they are based in India. We hired them and after 4 months decided that they were not keeping to timelines as promised. Our traffic actually decreased on the 3rd month. They only did half of what they promised. Once we decided to no longer use their service they removed most of the work they did and blocked us from being able to access profiles they set up on our behalf. 

**What do you like best about VJG Interactive?**

Reports were good. They provided good bi-weekly reports and monthly reports of the work they did.

**What do you dislike about VJG Interactive?**

The time it took to respond to questions, sometimes 3-4 days. They did not do what they had promised work on actual website.  After we decided to no longer work with them they removed all the work that they did do and blocked us from accessing profiles that they set up for us. We watched all back links disappear. within months of ending campaign.

**Recommendations to others considering VJG Interactive:**

First off they are based in India. Same company  itchimes.com, searcheccentric.com They are not in USA as advertised. They will call you from what looks like somewhere in the US until you sign your contract then the above websites start to handle every aspect.
Once we finished working together they made private the posts they did for company.
