First off they are based in India. We hired them and after 4 months decided that they were not keeping to timelines as promised. Our traffic actually decreased on the 3rd month. They only did half of what they promised. Once we decided to no longer use their service they removed most of the work they did and blocked us from being able to access profiles they set up on our behalf.
