Vizalia Reviews & Product Details

Vizalia brings images into every phone call, for customer support and phone sales alike. During the call, the agent sends a simple SMS link: the customer opens it on their smartphone, with nothing to install and no account to create, and films the problem. 98% of customers accept the link, versus 5% for a video-conference invitation. In support and after-sales service, the agent sees the issue, annotates the live image and guides the customer step by step. Problems get fixed during the call, or the technician arrives with the right diagnosis and the right part. Leroy Merlin solves 80% of breakdowns without a site visit; Cogem cut field trips by 40%; Mariton divided after-sales resolution time by 3. In phone sales, agents show the offer, document or simulation so the customer can compare, feel reassured and sign before hanging up. With 3D Scan Measurement, the customer films a room and the agent takes measurements in one click in the live 3D model (verified scale ±2%). Measurements and time-stamped photos go straight to the case file, ideal for insurance claims and home improvement. Vizalia integrates with Aircall, Salesforce, Zendesk, NICE, Vocalcom, Kiamo, Ringover and Powerphone, or with your own tools through a REST API and webhooks. ISO 27001 certified, hosted in France, billed per session with unlimited users. Pilot live in under 15 days, 45-minute training.
