The platform is fairly easy-to-use and offers lots of options out-of-the-box. The ability to translate some of the ServiceNow's Platform UI reporting tools to the service portal brings a whole new experience for the end user that can be critical. Finally, the support we currently got from Mitch and the rest of the Vividchart team has been fantastic. Not much, onboarding went pretty smoothly, the platform is relatively easy-to-use, anything can be customized if needed but the power comes with what is available out-of-the-box.
