It's easy to setup and get going and there are a number of integratiosn that make the actually tracking very hands off, depending on the data source. We are very heavy into MS products and it integrates tightly with a variety of MS and non MS data sources. **What do you dislike about Viva Goals?** Just getting people in general to undaerstand the OKR thinking. I wish the training for it was integrated into the platform to make it easy to learn. Rather than having to go to the MS support site to watch a training video. **What problems is Viva Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to be able to track our OKRs across the organization so that we can really work on these multi departmental goals and initiatives that all have competing resources. For ex it will gather all transcript of call and gives you insights of running trends, on which areas customers are more interested and where not.
