It is roboust and developer friendly. The GUI is very powerful and Vitrias integration capabilities are excellent. **What do you dislike about Vitria BusinessWare?** I liked the product very much. The Eai integration interface is very tricky to use. **What problems is Vitria BusinessWare solving and how is that benefiting you?** We successfully designed and implemented the telecom provisioning workflow, which is very complicated in nature. ### 2. Vitria was noiche player in integration space before webmethods, Oracle fusion other but not sure why we were not able to bring the best ROIC and target selected segment customers with best options. **Recommendations to others considering Vitria BusinessWare:** one of the best BPM based integration platform and highly scalable for all integration and backend, UI solution and highly recommend the same. **What problems is Vitria BusinessWare solving and how is that benefiting you?** EAI-Microservices, back end platform ### 6.
