With the ingrations they have it's quite easy to set up an account and already in the first session you walk away with a good sense of your tech stack. **What do you dislike about Vistack.io?** Although Vistack.io is user-friendly, integrating and syncing all systems for accurate reporting can take some effort upfront. **What problems is Vistack.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vistack.io enabled our company to identify and eliminate wasteful spending on underutilized software. By giving us a clear picture of software utilization, Vistack.io has helped us identify a potential 25% cut in SaaS spending, ensuring that our investments are both strategic and aligned with our business needs. ### 3. Personally, I rely heavily on the reminder, but to make them work you need to invest a but of time at the beginning.
Recently we had some minor bugs, but once flagged, they were immediately fixed by Filippo and his team. Keep it up! **What do you dislike about Vistack.io?** I wish it would have more api connection to marketing tools, so we could see our spend from all the platforms we use. **What problems is Vistack.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can forget about my contracts as Vistack reminds me when it’s time to initiate a discussion. We connected Vistack.io to our Google Workspace and now we can monitor the logins of all our employees. This helped us identify 2 softwares we were not aware were being used in the company. **What do you dislike about Vistack.io?** One area where Vistack.io could improve is the customization options for reporting and dashboards. While the platform provides a solid dashboard and analytics tools, the ability to tailor these features more extensively to fit unique business needs would be welcome. **What problems is Vistack.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Despite being a small team, we would out we were using over 20 saas tools and we started losing track on some. With Vistack.io we now have an overview of who is managing what and when we will spend on software in the future. ### 5.
