What do you like best about Visitly?

I love the easy sign-in experience with Visitly where users can check-in through an iPad using customizable flows, QR codes, or facial recognition. This makes the process faster and secure. The strong security features, like ID scanning and document signing, ensure that only authorized individuals enter our premises. Additionally, Visitly is a great value and user-friendly, offering excellent features at a competent price. The initial setup was easy and not too complicated, which was great for our team. What do you dislike about Visitly?

Some users reported occasional freezing of the desk kiosk, especially during high traffic periods. The time zone differences can sometimes slow down customer support responses for users outside the US. Regarding the kiosk freezing during busy periods, keeping the iPad and the Visitly Kiosk app updated to the latest version typically resolves this. On badge printing, we support advanced badge configuration on our Enterprise plan which offers more flexibility around layouts. What do you like best about Visitly?

I use Visitly for signing in visitors easily. I like the cost of Visitly. I find the dashboard easy to navigate and it makes it easy to keep things updated. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On automation, Visitly already includes several features you may not have explored yet, including automatic host notifications, pre-registration workflows, recurring visitor recognition, and Webhooks and APIs for more custom automations.
