It is providing a host of features but at quite a premium of subscription model starting from $7 per month. It needs to make it accessible otherwise won't be used by many big MNCs. **What problems is Visibook solving and how is that benefiting you?** It goes one step forward from all other messaging and group sharing platforms by implementing appointments, reminders in it. ### 2. Small business scheduling is good, but needs improvement **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Stephanie R. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2019 **What do you like best about Visibook?** I like that it is really easy to schedule and create slots, especially with the mobile platform or the Visibook app. I use it for caregiver shifts to coordinate multiple caregivers. It works better than employer scheduling tools because I didn't need all the extra payroll management features. **What do you dislike about Visibook?** I would like to have notes visible to participants that can show on the slot. For example, when people are taking shifts, sometimes they don't sign up because they are hoping someone else will take a shift or fill an appointment - but the others are busy or can't do that day. There is no way to indicate who checked the slot but it is not available. For example, Katie and John are not available for that slot, so Susie and Johnny may consider filling that appointment instead of another one where all 4 caregivers are available - IF they can read the appointment notes or comments. If there could be visible notes in the slot, it could be more informative (there is a note section visible to the slot creator, but not to everyone who views the calendar). There is not a good way to communicate within a team about a specific date. Also, the app doesn't auto-populate well. Sometimes you have to sign out and in again for appointments to appear, which can be tricky, meaning you create duplicate slots on the same date. I guess I am saying that if customers are scheduling and they don't need to make comments, that's fine. If you are coordinating a team and people need to chat about how to get all the slots filled up, there is some lack. **Recommendations to others considering Visibook:** You can only do 25 appointments for Basic version. **What problems is Visibook solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a minimal staff of caregivers. Coordinating by email or text previously caused overlooked appointments (or assumed filled) or created excessive work for the scheduler (sorting out emails and who replied first, coordinating between people who didn't read each others' emails, etc.) The Visibook calendar is always easily accessible to see who is helping next and is a centralized location for everyone to see the same schedule and needs and who already signed up. ### 4. There are loads of things one can do with it. From customers booking their own appointment to making payments to getting reminders of their appointments. There are many features one will definitely love to have, just like me. Also, if your business is smaller then not to worry you can always go for the free version which will allow you 25 appointments to be booked in a month. Below are some of the features that I like the best: Automatic reminders Chat with your customer in case they have issues with the appointment Payment over the app Sending text messages or emails to the customer Syncing with google calendar **What do you dislike about Visibook?** The app is a little more complicated than the web version. At times it becomes really challenging to get an appointment booked in. **Recommendations to others considering Visibook:** I am using this for the last 6 months and it's really good. The best thing is that Visibook offers all its paid features to the free version as well. So if you want to give it a try before buying it, have a go. You will love it. And yes the first 30 days is absolutely free. Apart from these the below features will blow your mind off. It provides great features with a very cheap price as compared to other applications available in the market. **What problems is Visibook solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am managing my clients communication and updates through the Visibook. I like that customers can have an easy access to appointments and how to book them, which Visibooks helps create via a link that can be customized. This software makes it really easy to adjust the rest of my schedule because it integrates with the Google Calendar, and it also allows me to plan my schedule according to my personal appointments too. Visibook is one of the best softwares I have used. **What do you dislike about Visibook?** Price is pretty high considering the amount of feature available in the app, both in mobile and desktop apps. I think that if Visibook added more tools and customization features it would be great. **Recommendations to others considering Visibook:** No matter what kind of field you’re working on, it’s always important to know your schedule and how to manage it. **What problems is Visibook solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits I have seen from Visibook are pretty clear and they are shown in the way my performance in my job has improved. Being able to have an organized professional life is a top priority, so the fact that Visibook has provided a way to improve this is something that’s amazing as it is. I enjoy using this software because it completes and fulfills my needs and it’s easy to keep track of my schedule. ### 7. You can customize with your own branding and customers can schedule online according to your personally defined criteria and times. It also has mobile apps for iOS and Android. **What do you dislike about Visibook?** The one thing I would like to see in this software is to be able to add a service that would only be booked by me and not the client through online booking. **Recommendations to others considering Visibook:** Visibook is great for small businesses to help with appointment scheduling. It is easy to use and simple. They have a nice promo to be able to book 50 free appointments a month. **What problems is Visibook solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to conduct business, set appointments, and keep up with my schedule in the most efficient manner. I like how efficient it was. All the information I needed was available and on each screen as I went to the next one. The directions were clear and concise and I received my confirmation with all the details of my appointment in my email. ### 9. My clientele loves this feature too.
