I like that it is really easy to schedule and create slots, especially with the mobile platform or the Visibook app. I use it for caregiver shifts to coordinate multiple caregivers. It works better than employer scheduling tools because I didn't need all the extra payroll management features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to have notes visible to participants that can show on the slot. For example, when people are taking shifts, sometimes they don't sign up because they are hoping someone else will take a shift or fill an appointment - but the others are busy or can't do that day. There is no way to indicate who checked the slot but it is not available. For example, Katie and John are not available for that slot, so Susie and Johnny may consider filling that appointment instead of another one where all 4 caregivers are available - IF they can read the appointment notes or comments. If there could be visible notes in the slot, it could be more informative (there is a note section visible to the slot creator, but not to everyone who views the calendar). There is not a good way to communicate within a team about a specific date. Also, the app doesn't auto-populate well. Sometimes you have to sign out and in again for appointments to appear, which can be tricky, meaning you create duplicate slots on the same date.

I guess I am saying that if customers are scheduling and they don't need to make comments, that's fine. If you are coordinating a team and people need to chat about how to get all the slots filled up, there is some lack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about this software is not just limited to meeting scheduling. There are loads of things one can do with it. From customers booking their own appointment to making payments to getting reminders of their appointments. There are many features one will definitely love to have, just like me. Also, if your business is smaller then not to worry you can always go for the free version which will allow you 25 appointments to be booked in a month. I love the idea behind Visibook which purpose and main goal is to provide a good program that allows me to focus on my work while not ignoring my schedule and appointments, and Visibook does a great job at accomplishing this idea. I like that customers can have an easy access to appointments and how to book them, which Visibooks helps create via a link that can be customized. This software makes it really easy to adjust the rest of my schedule because it integrates with the Google Calendar, and it also allows me to plan my schedule according to my personal appointments too. Easy self scheduling for clients, it's an easy software program that interfaces with popular calendar programs such as Google. You can customize with your own branding and customers can schedule online according to your personally defined criteria and times. It also has mobile apps for iOS and Android.
