Virvell Reviews & Product Details

Virvell automates pre-screen interviews, reference checks, and background verification in one platform for talent acquisition teams. Instead of juggling three separate vendors, hiring teams run all three screening steps through a single workflow. Voice AI conducts real-time phone conversations with candidates and references 24/7, replacing static surveys and phone tag. Background checks are integrated through Certn for criminal, identity, and employment verification across Canada and the US. Cross-module intelligence automatically compares what candidates claim in pre-screens against what references report and what background checks confirm, flagging discrepancies before the offer goes out. Complete screening in 3-7 days instead of 2-3 weeks. No candidate scoring. No auto-rejection. No hiring recommendations. AI collects information and surfaces patterns. Your team makes decisions.
