
What I like most is how smooth and fast the onboarding process was. Communication has been clear, and the team is supportive and responsive whenever needed. So far, everything has been going smoothly. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be having more structured onboarding resources or clearer documentation at the start—especially for new agents who are still getting familiar with expectations and day-to-day workflows.
