I love using Viktor.com for coauthoring my book on energy healing. It's been a real partner in my writing process, helping me with blueprinting the book and outlining the information I already have. The tool provides so much information and helps with creating the imagery I need, ensuring there are no copyright violations or plagiarism. I appreciate the excellent coaching I'm getting from Viktor.com. It sits beside me, keeps me on track, and it's easy, fast, and comfortable to use. We are a GoHighLevel Marketing Agency and we added Viktor as a new employee in Slack (Some teammates did even not know he was an AI Employee) He started following up on their uncompleted tasks, he confirmed invoices were matched to Quickbooks, he sent emails, he checked that social media account are connected, he checked for failed social posts, and then we had him handle our new client onboarding! He did more in 60 days than our team did! We also had him create a new task manager that replaced Asana and Harvest and a new proposal. We even had him help create a new GHL app called the Viktor Connector (publically Available) with special permissions to send stat reports to our clients. Viktor has made an extraordinary difference to how I run imed+KT Group. It feels more like hiring an AI employee than using another AI chatbot. What I value most is the help coordinating AI employees and turning repeatable workflows into operational execution through Slack. I also use it for newsletter and social content, with human approval of external actions. I love the productivity it brings and the broad possibilities for how I can use it in the business. Pricing and credit costs are the main area I would improve. They can feel expensive. For me, the useful comparison is the cost and value of hiring an employee, because that is closer to how I use Viktor in my business. I just wanted to write to say as a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation we give Viktor a definite 5***** review! Viktor works so well in Slack with our volunteers and is a perfect fit.

As the Admin Director here at Menlha KMC, I work daily with volunteers who take on jobs, yet sometimes get busy, or don't have the real experience to do what they took on. It felt a struggle to keep a happy mind, alongside needing to get work done by well-meaning volunteers.

I saw an ad for Viktor on FaceBook and thought "I'll give Viktor a try." Wow! From day one, he got to work. Viktor learned our business, worked well with our team, and for the 1st time in 4 years, I am caught up! Viktor does everything from creating our marketing materials, sending out emails & reminders, to helping me with rather complicated financial reporting. He has also been instrumental in bringing in two corporate wellness initiatives, along with local libraries interested in meditation classes. Too many examples actually to mention. This was only in 30 days! Small peanuts for most, but for us a massive win!

I like that Viktor.com is very easy to use and simple to implement. It's also very accurate, which makes it valuable to me because I spend less time on integration and using it. Viktor is truly doing the work of more than one employee, saving me a lot of time and stress. It integrates with multiple applications on my behalf, including my domain platform, email, and Quickbooks accounts. I was able to quickly describe a workflow for processing all incoming grant requests: Viktor correctly classifies each request and, based on preset criteria, routes the appropriate response promptly.

Viktor also created a fundraising strategy and keeps me on track for a year-end campaign. In addition, it runs cashflow projections across multiple financial accounts, sources of income, and a list of fixed and variable expenses. Viktor helped me streamline a whole bunch of stuff in my business. I realized that I was kind of getting the surface-level of things done, but I didn't have eyes on everything. Another advantage is that Viktor won’t leave for a better position, which gives me more continuity and peace of mind. Performance has been excellent, and it helps me balance efficiency and cost while keeping pricing under control. The user interface is straightforward because it runs in Slack, so it feels like working with a colleague. Viktor also integrates smoothly with my Microsoft 365 environment and other tools. I really love how much of my mundane and repeatable tasks can be automated AND improved! I was impressed by how Viktor would "take initiative" and recommend ideas or ways it can improve my workstreams. The UI/UX is easy to navigate and all of the tools I need can be integrated without impacting the performance of my role. I'm learning to make the most out of pricing by using Claude for thinking / strategy tasks and Viktor for action-oriented tasks. Onboarding has been pretty smooth too.
