# How are you justifying the cost of Viktor.com if it saves hours each week?

I’m using Viktor.com in Slack as a paralegal and office manager, connected to Outlook, OneDrive, calendar, and other tools. It helps with inbox triage, auto-filing documents into the right client folders, new client intake setup, drafting boilerplate filings for review, and deadline checks, which has helped me get back hours and miss fewer things. The only real downside for me is the cost, even though it feels worth it. If you’re using Viktor, how are you thinking about pricing vs the time and continuity it gives you?

For me, the cost is easier to justify because Viktor replaces a lot of separate help: it handles incoming grant requests end to end, interfaces with QuickBooks for bookkeeping, and runs cashflow projections across multiple accounts and expenses. It also keeps me on track with a year-end fundraising campaign, so it is not just saving time but keeping critical work moving. The only friction I have is on my side as a newer Slack user, since I still struggle with managing thread conversations and sharing them into the right channels.
