**What do you like best about ViiBE?**

They provide top notch support provided by Jay-Ann Pinsay and Netsapien software at the right price. They offer a ton of integrations with the Netsapien PBX software, and all of the AI features are a great add-on to resell to clients.

**What do you dislike about ViiBE?**

I have been a customer for a few months now and so far, there have been no problems. I can't find one problem with their service!

**What problems is ViiBE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide a full access Netsapiens PBX that I can white label to resell to my clients as my own brand.

**What do you like best about ViiBE?**

UI is clean. UX is good. I don't have anything to say about integrations. Performance is strong, no drops or anything. I'm not involved in the pricing. Support is strong. I wasn't involved in the onboarding. Please don't bolt AI onto Viibe just because AI exists. The AI y'all added to Viirtue support actually slows down getting to support or LNP. Pointless AI is not the use case for AI!

**What do you dislike about ViiBE?**

Ah, Viibe is good. Viirtue is my problem child.

**What problems is ViiBE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billing by hand would be ludicrous. Having a billing portal for both us and the client makes payments and tracking much easier.

The platform doesn't require an MIT degree to use and help is available if needed.

I can't really say there's any specific thing I dislike about Viibe. There could be improvements with some things to make some things easier, but overall it's a stable portal.

Viibe is helping solve customer billing.

Fantastic support. Performance is good, and after using it for years I think the UI is easy.

I suppose its always nice when things are cheaper, but Viibe is great.

Porting numbers is easy, purchasing numbers is easy.

It's pretty simple to use overall. I like the ability where we can set caller ID name and order new numbers easily.

**What do you dislike about ViiBE?**

{"One issue is that when you update the default terms and conditions, it rewrites previously executed quotes. That should not ever happen."}

I use ViiBE to communicate pricing to my customers and potential customers.

There's nothing I dislike about ViiBE. They are always quick to respond and resolve issues in a timely fashion.

Voice recording shows error many times .

**What do you like best about ViiBE?**

Viibe is a game changer. Straight from quoting to invoicing without worrying about completed telecom taxation. Viibe makes all easy while making sure your tax calculations are correct. Viibe reporting tool is another great feature - stay complaint using the available report feature. Last, I cannot forget to mention the seamless integration with QuickBooks online. With the Viirtue technical team behind Viibe and working to add more features,  I definitely recommend VIIBE if you are looking for a billing system.

**What do you dislike about ViiBE?**

Reseller's customers still do not have access to ViiBE to see their invoices. Single sign on between the voip portal and ViiBE is currently not existing

**What do you like best about ViiBE?**

Most helpful thing about Viibe is the ability to create invoices on a recurring basis quickly. The system works quite well to be able to add and remove billable items quickly and the system automatically prorates additions.

**What do you dislike about ViiBE?**

Only downside I can think of is the ability to remove my own invoices is not an option yet. This ability will be added I have been told so I believe this will come in time.

The main benefit for me is the ability to create monthly recurring invoices for my clients while also rating usage for taxation purposes for telecom services.

**What do you like best about ViiBE?**

I have been in the hosted pbx space for well over 10 years and used various other billing platforms.  They are all bulky, complicated and difficult to use.  The team at Viirtue have listened carefully to their partners and thought of everything!  The platform is easy to use and very intuitive.  The quote-to-cash flows very nicely keeping us from any swivel chair work that we had to do with the "other guys".  It's all in all a very nice platform.

**What do you dislike about ViiBE?**

While they are still rounding out some minor features, the only thing I'm truly waiting for is the online payment portion, however, I understand it's coming within a couple of weeks.

**What problems is ViiBE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The consolidation of the entire engine from LNP requests to quote-to-cash makes us extremely efficient.  No swivel chair activities.

Extremely easy to use and very intuitive. Simplifies quoting, porting & account access. We have worked with many VoIP providers and this software is by far the best in breed.

Very simple, no real dislikes. I am pleased with the whole product.

Intuitive and easy to use.  Everything flows how it should and for being a relatively new software its insanely stable.  Helped us overcome some huge inconveniences with other platforms and the dynamic usage rating is pretty cool!

**What do you dislike about ViiBE?**

So far so good.  I have not found much to not like and you can tell the direction they are going.  Any user experience stuff we just send to their support and its generally patched within a few days.

**Recommendations to others considering ViiBE:**

Learning center was helpful to get up and running quickly.  Support is great at answering any questions

**What problems is ViiBE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really solved our challenges with taxation.  Its automated and transparent from start to finish.  The marketing feature is very good as well as the porting automation.

The ease of use and how quickly we can generate a quote for a customer is amazing. Takes a fraction of the time with this software.

This product is relatively new therefore some desired features aren't currently available. With that said they are constantly updating the software and I know the features I am looking for are on the roadmap and will be available soon.

For me specifically, I especially like the number porting feature. It automates creating the paperwork. Getting it submitted is very streamlined. The quoting feature in billing is also very intuitive.

There is nothing to dislike. So far so good!

I would definitely use the PRO version because it has streamlined the entire process for me.

The Viirtue team has put a ton of thought into our day to day as a VoIP vendor and streamlined/automated a lot of our processes which saves us a LOT of time.

**What do you like best about ViiBE?**

All around solid system.  I really like the ease of use and how fast it is.  Training my team to use it was also a breeze.  Really love how fast we can generate a quote for a customer.  Very well done!

**What do you dislike about ViiBE?**

As with any system there are a few minor bugs that need fixing.  But nothing major and I'm sure they are on it.

We gained some serious efficiencies by using this all in one platform.
