Vigilant Church Security Reviews & Product Details

Vigilant Church Security is team management software designed for church security ministries, centralizing scheduling, communication, equipment tracking, and incident documentation. It replaces scattered tools with a unified workspace for coordinating security operations. Volunteers can view shifts, set availability, and track attendance, while communication tools include team chat channels and campus-wide broadcast messaging. Equipment tracking manages radios, medical kits, and keys with checkout records. Incident documentation logs event details, severity, follow-ups, and alerts to enhance team awareness. Pre-service checklists streamline readiness with task assignments and photo documentation. The platform features role-based access controls, audit logs, and activity monitoring. Planning Center integration syncs rosters and schedules, while iOS mobile apps provide on-campus access to shifts, messages, and equipment tracking.
