I think the best part about working with VideoWise is the amazing customer support, special mention to our CSM Tijana, who is really great when it comes to troubleshooting problems. SUCH A DIFFERENCE! We had Videowise a couple years ago and cancelled because it was clunky and not user friendly. That is definitely no longer the case! I have found it to be extremely easy to navigate and quick to update.
