Their team has been very responsive to the issues we have encountered, and has provided helpful advice to enable us to move forward in the development process. I run a tutoring company, and we need to create unique video rooms that tutors and students can use to meet. Previously, I was spending $120+ per month (plus usage fees) on a few different tools to make this happen, but now I am only paying for the time that I use, which has led to substantial savings. It is also far more customizable - for example, we have set up the workflow to automatically redirect to a session notes form when tutors end their call, which previously required several steps. The ready-to-use examples were good enough to understand the logic and made it work with my own website. The tested connection with mic and video worked very well.
