Measurement is the part I'd most like to see mature. We run multi-touch attribution across our channels, and CTV is inherently harder to tie back — but I'd like deeper reporting inside the platform and cleaner ways to reconcile Vibe's numbers with our own attribution stack. Right now it takes more manual stitching than I'd like before I can confidently compare CTV against Meta or Google on the same terms.

What I like best about Vibe is how easy it is to use. My biggest challenge is proving incrementality. I love that Vibe is a self-service platform where you can easily check in on campaigns/reports and scale up or down on demand. The fact that it also integrates seamlessly into triplewhale, something my team uses as a source of truth for data/reporting is a big benefit. My Vibe team - Romano and Lizzie are always just a chat away if I need something or have a question. The Incrementality report that was done was such a impactful tool to help our Marketing and Ecomm teams see how CTV/Streaming ads are benefiting our paid media has a whole and are adding incremental revenue. I wish that the Vibe platform could also do Linear TV campaigns so they could help benefit one another with multiple touchpoints for consumers. Vibe has a solid UI, which is easy to jump right into. They have a sharp customer success team and technical account manager who are very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Vibe keeps improving with updates like syncing North Beam data directly + adding a MCP connector for Claude which I appreciate a ton.

The review process for creative is quick, and you can easily choose the network, demographics, and sync customer segments which makes targeting very good. I also think it's cool that during big spending moments like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the CPMs don't rise, which I don't see in many other platforms. The initial setup was quick and their responsiveness during onboarding was impressive. Based on our latest experience, I’d say the main limitation is that CTV campaigns may not be equally effective for every type of business. While many brands have seen strong results on Vibe, performance can be more challenging for niche products or audiences, where reaching the right users at scale may be more difficult. What I like best about Vibe is the combination of ease of use, strong support, and performance.
