Viability Reviews & Product Details

Most hospitality software tells you what happened. Viability tells you what's coming. Every venue operator faces the same problem: you lock in labour and supplier costs days before you know whether the trade will cover them. We call it the Commitment Gap. By the time the P&L confirms the roster was too heavy or the order too big, the money's already gone. Viability closes that gap. It connects to your POS, payroll and accounting systems and forecasts revenue at 95%+ accuracy, updated four times daily and broken into four service periods — morning, brunch, lunch and dinner. Rosters and supplier budgets are then built against that forecast, not last month's averages. Live EBITDA runs continuously, so margin drift shows up while you can still do something about it. Spot it Tuesday. Fix it Wednesday. Protect Friday's margin. Built by an operator who still runs venues, Viability is designed for groups of 2–15 sites where the owner isn't standing in every room. It gives owners group-wide visibility without micromanagement, gives ops managers defensible decisions instead of arguments, and gives finance leads clean inputs and fewer month-end surprises. The Australian hospitality average sits under 6% margin. Viability customers typically run 12–25%, with annual profit uplift of A$30,000–80,000 per venue. Most operators see something useful in week one and lock in real margin improvement between weeks four and eight. Pricing starts at $165/month, month-to-month, with white-glove onboarding included — no consultant fees, no implementation project, no lock-in. Book a demo at viability.io/book-a-demo
